It doesn't matter, it's the rule. Don't try and justify your needs or split hairs. Just know that it is what it is and leave it alone. One rule fits all and it is simple. And what's the difference in the effort to post it on the open forum or in a private message? it's the same to me. It seems to me it would be to your advantage to post something for free on the open forum to show your good nature.

I get it, and I do abide by the rules, but if I wanted to skirt around the intent, I would exchange E-mails and send photos through that mode. There are times I’ve found when it would have been nice to have been able to send an attachment via PM, and it had nothing to do with a sale of anything. Chuck

And you are perfectly free to do so. Either do it on the open forum or exchange emails and do it that way.
