Howdy Bill, welcome to the club....
Welcome from Crossville TN. You have a great start to woodworking. You have a quality raw material to start from. Sounds like a challenge. Kitchen tables from this with history, especially if you have a picture of the old tank, shouldn't be hard to place. Even outdoor items, like porch furniture, would be nice from this material. Clothes chests, and such like since this is big resistant. All with back story for those of us who love history and reclaiming our natural resources.
