Olivewood vase

Olivewood 7-8” wide and 5” tall. Used black epoxy on some of the voids. Sanded to 2,000 (just because it shines nice ). Walnut Oil finish then (lightly) buffed on exterior.

Nice work . Some may have used colored epoxy to fill the voids in the piece but I think that would be very hard to balance correctly with olive wood character.

Thanks Mike - I like the black epoxy on this one too. Was considering a very deep, almost burgundy color red, might have been okay too??
