I give in! I yield! I have tried to resist, knowing that my shop's already so full of wood there's hardly room for me, and my wife has started giving me That Look. . . but alas, it is futile! I shall struggle against fate no more! My resistance falters and crumbles! Please. . . . I speak the fateful words. . . send me Box 32!
And now that I've jumped this thread back to the top of the board: Folks, @Mr. Peet still has unclaimed boxes of wood. The price is hard to beat (and if you can pay extra, it goes towards the education of Paul Hinds's grandkids), and I've been perfectly satisfied with the quality; some of the pieces have flaws, but they're described fairly. And most of the boxes have smaller wood samples added to fill the box completely, so you get surprise bonuses -- "Easter eggs," as it were.
I've about reached my limit on what I can absorb right now, but surely someone out there in Woodbarterland can come up with a use for these:
19: thicker blanks of spalted maple, black walnut; pen blanks of curly maple, yew; also Spanish cedar, weathered beech, live oak
20: thicker blanks of catalpa, heart pine, prima vera; also leopardwood, beech
41: thicker blank of aromatic red cedar; also leopardwood, spalted maple, white oak, laminated beech
[ADDED: In the "Paul's short boards" thread, box 39 has a thick maple board and somewhat thinner black walnut and European brown oak boards. Price is $50; other boxes listed here are $25.]
Right. Time to hit the shop and start making room for the next box of wood. . .

Box #42 is a USPS medium flat rate box.
Forty second box has a 9.5" x 9.75" x 2.1" piece of Afromosia withsurface checking on both sides 1/8 to 1.4 deep in spots, 3" x 13" x 1" thick piece of curly Big leaf mahogany, Belinga 3.1" x 13" x .8" with an end check 1.75" long, a 3.2" x 12.3" x 1" thick piece of Redheart with a small bog hole on one end two 3.2" x 13" x 1.2" thick pieces of Red loro There is a knot and check on the end of one of these. These woods are pictured. If you need more information, ask. There is other wood packed to assure box is filled to capacity.

OK. The Afromosia was Paul's. I bought the redheart from Bell Forest, and the other 4 pieces, on here, WB, from Nate in 2019. He has not been on in some time. I will be retaining any funds from this box to cover my costs and apply balance to packing tape purchase. Thank you.
OK. If this box is working different from the others, do you know what you paid for the pieces? If you are trying to recoup your costs, I want to make sure I send enough.

No Ryan, you treat this box just like the others and act as you see fit. Just saying anything above the normal shipping I am keeping to offset some costs, versus sending it to Paul's grandkids.
And Box 32 has arrived in good order. Thanks yet again!
I swore there'd be no more wood for me. . . that I'd had enough to last me a long time. . . but really, who was I fooling? Who am I to struggle against the force of destiny itself? As the old song from my teenage years goes: I can't fight this feeling any more. . .
