Thirty-second box has a 2.5" x 2" x 12.5" blank of Afromosia with minimal surface checking as seen in picture, 2.75" x 11.25" x .875" thick piece of Morado, a nice platter hunk of Padauk 8.75" x 11.25" x 1.45" thick and two Sycamore pieces. These woods are pictured in the shipping box. If you need more information, ask. There is other wood packed to assure box is filled to capacity.

This is such a fun pattern to use with quarter-sawn sycamore. I hope Paul would approve. May his legacy keep circulating through the world.

Mark, I just mailed you a check for Box 22. . . and for Box 36. I hereby stake my claim to this one, and payment's already on the way.

I've got my eye on box 40, but let's hold off on that one until I see how my markets go over the next few weekends. In the meantime, anyone out there in Woodbarterland who wants box 40 is welcome to save me from myself.

Forty first box has a Aromatic red cedar blank 6" x 13.125" x 1.8" with a mix of red and white, Leopardwood 5.75" x 12.25" x .8" thick with a semi-cathedral grain pattern, 2 wedges of Spalted maple with borer damages 3" x 13.25" x 1.375" thick widening out to 4.5" wide. A white oak piece 5.75" x 12.25" x .8", 1/4 sawn with a check along pith on the edge. A piece of laminated European beech butcher block to fill a void. These woods are pictured. If you need more information, ask. There is other wood packed to assure box is filled to capacity.

Sure is Sal. PM me an address and it can be on its way Monday. If you live along i81, could have dropped it off last night.... Deal is, wait, inspect the wood when it arrives. If satisfied, send along a check or money order, being I'm not eletronically set up, for a minimum of $25. Anything over $25 goes to Paul's grandkids education fund. We have raised $720 toward the kids so far.

By the way, box 36 has arrived after a bit of a journey; the USPS sent it from Scranton to Baton Rouge, then suburban New Orleans, then up to Shreveport before finally reaching Little Rock. I have no idea why. Maybe the box just wanted to go to Jazz Fest. Anyway, thank you yet once again!

Folks, remember that boxes #19 and 20 are still in play, with some nice turning stock. Some of our new turners might be interested -- @Thunder1 , @larry mercier , y'all might want to take a look in this thread, a few pages back. . .

@Mr. Peet , will there be more boxes of Paul's wood in the future? I'm not trying to rush you or be annoying -- I'm just curious. I've already received so much treasure, thanks to you and Paul Hinds, that it almost seems greedy to ask if there's more. But, well, greed for excellent wood is kind of what we're all about here. . . Regardless, thank you once again for all your work packing and shipping these boxes out.

Yes, there is more wood, plenty more.

My truck had some issues. Front axle broke free. Took 3 weeks to get it fixed. While there, they decided to replace the leaking and rotted transmission lines. Well, replacement lines leaked. Took weeks to get it back in the shop. They had replaced the lines and the second cooler, it looks like it is leaking through the primary cooler, also known as the radiator. So, if that is the case, they will need to replace it. Waiting for appointment.

So, basically, been without a truck for any road trips for 2 months. Wife not big on cramming the spare school van with wood. The old hurry up and wait.....
