I noticed something quirky this morning. If you look at the screenshot below, it appears axeman was the last to reply to jimmyjames curly/tiger maple thread. Open the thread, and the last post was from jimmyjames a couple days ago. Open axeman's profile and select his posts, and you can see his post to this thread, but select that post and it takes you to the thread, but his post isn't there. Makes me wonder is all posts are getting where they should.

How are you viewing the threads, Linear or Threaded?

I finally switched back to linear because threaded was such a pain to go through when the threads got long.

However, I noticed what you're describing when I was viewing in threaded mode - sometimes posts that I had gotten a notification on weren't visible. I've not seen (or at least not noticed :) that happening in linear mode.

I just checked (didnt know there was an option), and I'm in linear.

Can you see axeman's post in that thread?
 
Is this happening to y'all in threaded mode only? I never use threaded mode so I wouldn't have noticed. I have not noticed any quirky behavior in linear.
 
I'm looking right now and I agree - unless I'm missing something I don't see a post from Axeman on that date. The last post from Axeman was on 3/23 at 16:56 (in that thread. )

And I'm in linear mode.
 
I don't know what's happening then, because I see his post - all of them not just that thread. None of you are seeing it still?

Any other members who're reading this - can you see post #51 in this thread. And if you can, what member is being shown for the post?

It is visible to me. I am viewing on an iPad if OS could have any bearing on it

I can see it now that there is a post 52... couldn't see it before.
