Back in August I posted a pic of a red oak that came down due to root rot. This morning sons came and we cut, split and loaded trimmings. We left the bigger stuff for saw logs. After a couple of hours we were finished and my sweetheart had big breakfast ready.
That was only the start. Afterwards I picked stuff for supper. Serranos, turnip greens, Daikon radish tops, okra , tiny tim tomatoes, and Egyptian walking onions. Wife says take the turnip greens to her invalid cousin.
