Nothing special. Just saw it on the ground and thought it looked cool.
Nice Phil. Has me thinking about a piece I’ve had on my lathe. Slow going, trying not to get too aggressive and hopefully keep as much bark as possible.
Nicely done Phil! I like these type pieces that keep some of the original nature (defects? or features?) intact. Gives us a glimpse of the processes the wood was going through before being worked.
