Actually just putting out feelers for a non-WB acquaintance. He's searching 4" sq x 12"+ Osage orange turning blocks - I'm not sure how many, but more than just a few I think. Does any one have some that big?
Thanks, I'll check.3" square is the largest I have in stock. I do have a few large Osage logs in the log yard currently and have had requests for larger blanks. Let me know how many you think you will need and I will see if I thought the log would yield 4" x 4" in a clean blank.

That was my thought as well. This guy makes (way) oversized duck calls, so part of the issue is finding this size without cracks. Hedge is one that often cracks badly when drying if not well-managed.Have you tried to find it by looking for it as fence post?
