Visiting Korea for the first time. Took this awesome traditional chopstick-making workshop. First time ever using a wood plane. I opted for Korean cherry wood, which was really hard, at least compared to my girlfriend's choice of juniper (bottom photo), which has some beautiful purple color.







Highly recommend.
