Hey y’all. I’m new here but far from new to woodworking. I grew up splitting time between one grandfather’s cabinet shop and the other grandfather’s crab boat ( and the cabinet making one did repairs on the crab boat). I started building wood projects as soon as they would let me use a saw. As an adult (sort of) I’ve built musical instruments, toys, shelving, cabinets, furniture, a couple houses, if it’s wood I’ve probably at least tried to build one.

Don’t have any pics of the boat…gramps retired from the water in 1986 and passed away in 89. Boat was sold to a young man just starting his own operation, no idea what happened to it. I’ll post some pics of my work later after my daughter picks up the baby. Since I’m retired, I’m now “Camp Grumps” three days a week.
