Completed a 7 3/4” Shedua bowl from a blank that came with the used Powermatic lathe I bought a couple years ago. The blank was very dry. It turned nicely, but sanding the end grain was a bugger, probably because it was so dry. I finished the bowl with 8+ coats of Wipe-on Poly Gloss, followed by 3 coats of Renaissance Wax. Very pleased with the end result. Chuck
