site rules and introduction sections

I noticed sometime last week that the site rules and introduction sections were moved to the bottom of the forum list. They are grouped together with a couple of others is it possible to move just the rules and the intro section back to the top again. The rules are important and the intro section should be up there also for newbies to post in. Tucking both of those at the bottom might hinder newbies from 2 very important sections they should be aware of.

Yes, I didn't want the arrangement of the forum like it is either, but Andy insisted I give it a try so I agreed. I decided not to take a poll and just see if anyone commented. I'm going to rearrange it back close to what it was, just haven't had time. Thanks for the input.

If there is a way to add the announcements section to the top of the list that would be great also. (or combine it) As we grow communication with members will be more important. Some members stop at the woodcentral and don't give much attention to other sections sometimes things are important for every one to know so putting that before woodcentral may have it's benefits.

That's the way I had it before and as I said I'm going to rearrange them back pretty close to how they were - just got to find my round tuit not sure where I put it.
