I have 2 sets ( 4 pieces ) of bookmatched Figured Crotch Citrus , The wood is dry and each piece measures approx. 11 " long X 5 " wide by 7/8 " thick . Price is $50 plus shipping by Pirate Ship . Also included are some scrap pieces and a branch that is 3 x 8 " I will put as much as I can fit into the MFRB . At 11" x 5" there's enough to make an attractive box. If I didn't already have enough for several boxes (which I don't have any demand for either) I'd consider this. Unique and different.

With my cell phone photography , the color is not so good. Citrus has a light lemon color. I will try to take more pictures .

I have posted new pictures showing both sides . The last picture shows the small pieces . THEY ARE FREE with purchase of the 4 bookmatched pieces. The finish will bring out the true color and the crotch figure .
 
Hey Joe,
I need more wood for boxes like I need a second wife, but if you'll take $25 and I'll pay shipping, I'll buy these from you. Do you know what kind of citrus - kind of looks like lemon but I don't know.

Kinda reminds me of some crab apple I was able to acquire recently, though I know that apple is not citrus.

I hear you. I had to saw a stack this weekend just to get room on my yard. I mean my lawn, not a log yard. And my first reaction was... Yeah, I don't have any of that. So I get where you are coming from.
I am the guy who will pull a yard stump outta the dumpster cause I smelled root beer.
Ask my dad if you don't believe me. He has the stump at home cleaning it in preparation for its next life as a beverage ingredient.

I so have had an urge to brew some Sassafras lately....but I yield to the medical field for cancer risks...

Well, we all have to go sometime. My dad has had serious rheumatoid arthritis since he was about 55 and is heading into his middle 70s so I don't think he is too worried. Some of the rest of us might wait a bit to take up the habit.

Joe, I was watching a little...however did not know what species you had. I have Citrus aurantium, Citrus limon, Citrus paradisi, Citrus reticulata, Citrus sinensis and Citrus x microcarpa. I could likely use an other sample of any of these depending on cut orientation and of course other species....

Happy to slice up a sample billet and send it to you Mark, if you want one. If Joe sends those pieces I'd have plenty to get a 6x whatever you like.

Joe thinks this is either orange or grapefruit.

This post has already dropped down to page 3 of the For Sale bucket. Lot's of wood being sold.

We just got back from seeing the grand kids and the wood was in the mailbox. 4 nice boards plus all the cutoffs. Thanks Joe.
