Nooooooo. My bounce back is broken. Old, stupid and burn candle at both ends and work to hard. Get worn out. When young you do same next day. 75. You whine and creak the next day...
Heck I am starting to creak and whine at 48. Sitting in the chiro office right now.

Magic pills.... everybody complains all pill ads on TV. I had not noticed, but, I watch no TV. Have not for probably 15 yrs. Sounds like i am missing out on the magic pills...
You most certainly are. They can patch up your back, may cost you your kidneys or liver. They can patch up your liver, may cost you your pancreas, they can patch up your pancreas, may cost you your heart, they can patch your heart but the side effects include heart attack. Dang fools got the stinking id10ts calling the doctors and prescribing the crap to themselves
We are a nation that is killing itself with all of the "cures".
I avoid all the pills that I can.

I could go off the deep end here. 2024 was a crazy year for me medically. So many opinions, options, pressure, and all have their hand out.
