Getting together all the bits from various threads for my trade with @Jperry93 .

Here's what I'm cutting so far

Dalbergia frutescens 2*2*6"
Ginkgo 2*2*3"
Cinnamon around 12*2*1"
Pernambuco 2*2*4" ish

What did I miss?

Burmese Blackwood (D. Cultrata) is the one we missed there I think :)

for you, I’m planning to have:

2x2x12 - Zollernia glabra
2x2x12 - dead finish red lancewood
1x1x12 - budda
conkerberry of some varying size.
Likely one or two other fun pieces I find in my stash! I might be forgetting a couple there so feel free to jog me if I am!

For Burmese blackwood I just have a few pen blanks. Any good? Might have got my wires crossed on Burmese things.

I've cut the ginkgo at 50 x 50 x 82mm.
Pernambuco is 58 x 59 x 190mm.
The cinnamon is thinner than advertised, about 48mm square. Is that too small? I don't see it listed any more so that might be as good as it gets.
The D frutescens has a shallow crack at one end and a little bark edge at the other. Any preference? Picture in a sec...
I'll also raid the oddities box:)

Your list sounds great!

I might take a pen blank or two if you can spare them and that would be alright? :) I often make threading tools with them, but they aren’t something I make lots of.

the ginkgo and pernambuco look fab!
the 48mm on the cinnamon is absolutely fine! I can work with that, I’ll just have to rough it a little more carefully but no big deal!
I see what you mean on the frutescens! The joy of the pith eh! That’s fine though, I can cut that out or fill it so no big deal!

Always appreciative of oddities! My standard size is about the right size for those “bits I don’t want to throw away but that I’ll absolutely one day use for something but have no idea what to do with now so I’ll throw them into a bag” 😂

I've cut the D frutescens, it's 100 x 50 x 50mm.

The cinnamon is a little bendy so I'm going to send it to a professional. I have a batch of flute spindles I'm sending off so it can go with them. I need to make sure I still get a pair of flute blanks out of it.

I'll look for the Burma blackwood. It's not 'there' on the floor where it's supposed to be...might find some good randoms on the way:)
