This wood was legally acquired in the North Idaho Panhandle off of private land. The trees were wond blown over 4 years ago in a huge wind storm that pumbled the community with many trees down.
The widest log is 29" from inside bark to inside bark and keeps its width for over 13.5 feet
Then one is 27" also keeps its width which is longer at over 14 feet.
Then 3 are 26" keeping their width for 13.5 feet
They will all be slabbed 2 inches thick unless I get a special order before August 12th 2025.
Estimated 10 live edge slabs per log totalling approximately 45-50 slabs over 26" wide by 13.5 feet long.
Note: Standard countertop width in a kitchen is 26" wide.
These would be great 1 piece countertops with epoxy over them! (2.5 gallons of epoxy per 13 feet equates to about $150)

If you want a specific thickness I need to know before August 12th. Because that is slab day and we are going to pretty much have it whipped in 1 day. We will also have a large variety of other smaller widths and lengths from the smaller stock.
These are about once in a lifetime tree nowadays potentially 200-450 years old.
Idaho doesn't let anyone harvest unprocessed western red cedar on public lands making these trees extremely extremely rare for their size, most trees this size are protected by the state!
