Thank you kindly. Im trying to talk the wife into buying a piece of land in TN. I want nothing more than to move out of the city and get off the grid before the country implodes. Beautiful up in TN.

Several of the nearby counties have a decent priced land. Don't hit the retirement areas. Double or triple prices plus hoa fees that rival our local monthly rents

I want it secluded, in the middle of nowhere. Far away from the BS. Build a small/mini house and just live like God intended. No cell phones, no TV, no news, no drama. Will have to hook up solar or something for my shop. Shop will be bigger than the house.

Sunbright area has a history of off grid but I am not sure if they sell more than 5 acre parcels. The edge of Bledsoe, van Buren, and Cumberland County tends to be a place of solitude...
