We have a winner. Actually a few winners.
I've seen several Honey locust burls in our area but have only ever found one Black locust burl. I got my Honey locust burl sample from Cody. Still would like to crack open an east coast lump to see if they are the same.... some day.

just the opposite here- I have seen and cut plenty of black but never have seen a honey locust burl here. This came from Michigan.
