Hello expert wood identifiers, could you offer your opinions on what type of willow this is? I got it many years ago from a sawyer, and at that time he didn't specify what type of willow it was and I didn't ask him. At some point a while after that I recall labeling it as weeping willow but I don't know what reason caused me to label it as that. I'd like to know with some reason what type of willow this is. Does anyone have any opinions? The pieces are about 3" x 3" x 20". Very very light and very dry.
