He was looking to buy duck feathers for fly tying and the doc had instructions and pricing for quite a few different ducksWhat bird are those from? Doesn't look like any chicken I've ever seen.

You say Merganser, none of those come to mind. Used to just seeing the the Red headed.The RB and Commons I never see. Always have some hooded in the freezers for clients. I know I have side pocket(flank) feathers from some and from some woodducks.
