A Joke a Day Keeps The Boredom Away . . .

True story!
Back in the late seventies and early '80s in my martial art days, we would always watch Asian karate and kung fu movies.
When the movie was over many times a figure would appear on the screen.
My buddy really liked it and copied it down and then had it tattooed as a tramp stamp on his lower back.

A while later we were at a Martial arts tournament in Chicago in the changing room and one of the Asian contestants started laughing.
My buddy says "what's so funny".
"You tattoo" was the reply.
My buddy then said "why, what does it say?"
"It say - The End"

It's unbelievable how many tattoos of foreign languages are absolutely meaningless or don't mean what the tattooed person wanted. It's easy to scam people in that line of business and it's almost as if people want to get scammed. Better to be thought a fool than to write it on your butt.

Don't forget it's Mother's Day. Be sure to pick up a bottle of wine on the way to your mom's house because you're the reason she drinks.

Not to all of us. My mother is in New Zealand so I couldn't give her a bottle of wine.

Still funny though.

The kids nowadays think they are all so smart and have invented everything. Well, I used a cordless lawnmower back before they were born - 60 years ago!

I have one, but the handle rotted off. Plus, it was such that I could only use it in the heat of summer when the grass wasn't growing very fast. In the Spring and early summer, we have so much rain, I'd have to use it every other day - and I don't like having grass that much!

Maybe you can find a woodworker you make you a new handle.

Sniff....Sniff....always getting picked on.

Besides why would I go do a fool thing like that (nobody needs to comment about all the fool things I have done in my lifetime), I have it made - in return for doing a lot of things for her and her antique business, for the last 10 years my wife has paid for having the grass cut. That'll change when I retire though. Which reminds me, gotta dig out the old mower and clean out the cobwebs from the carb and gas tank!
