All snow must be removed and piled off the road at the top of the driveway. Provider will call or text within a 24 hour window with a notification when snow accumulation is predicted to be 3inches or more. The morning of research, the provider will call or text with the current snow depth and whether more snow accumulation is expected. Researchers may use any method that doesn't damage the driveway and must complete snow removal within 3 hours of starting. Current long range forecast for driveway area is La Nina, starting in Oct and lasting thru March. Therefore, multiple opportunities to conduct research expected over the next 5 months.
