Good thing y’all in TN. If you were in Oregon, and if they pass the Oregon PEACE Act, he might be out of a job. Seeing how it would become illegal to hunt and fish.

I do live in Oregon and when I read reports about that proposal I can only shake my head and wonder about mankind. Supposedly they have gathered over 117k signatures to get the thing on the next ballot. But typically they reject around 15-20% of signatures as unqualified for one reason or another so they still need to get another 40k signatures or so. I think they need 120k to get it on the ballot. It's just hard to understand they can find over a hundred thousand people who think it's a good plan to outlaw the killing of any animal, fish or bird - that would include cows, chickens, pigs, etc.

I admire the hypocrisy of the proposed law- No hunting or fishing, clamming, crab, beef sheep chickens- the list is endless. But what about windmills and cars killing birds and game. I am not sure they realize this will put a dent in big macs and baconators. They got enough signatures for it to be on ballot, which is scary. wonder what economic fallout would be. If you have been to Oregon, probably was wet side of mts. 3/4 of state is a semi arid or arid area. Cattle and sheep or sheep and cattle. Things that were not on my list for a $1000 Alex.

definitely agree. as if they do not have enough trouble as it is. I see Loyds center closes this summer.
