Here is the Ohio Buckeye and Pacific Coast Mahogany we discussed.
Ohio Buckeye (Aesculus glabra). The Board is 6.5-7” wide and 1.5-1.625 thick. I took the pictures and forgot to measure before I left my house lol. But I’ll cut you a 19-20” length of the board for $40.
pacific coast Mahogany (Swietenia humilis) I paid a bit more than I’d like to admit for this lol. But is very dense and has a nice grain pattern. It’s 1 7/8” thick. I can cut you a spindle blank for $40. Or a full 19” length of the board, Around 7” wide for $80
Last picture I wetted the board with mineral spirits to show the grain some.

@SA-Motors im out in the shop cutting your stuff to ship. I remember we discussed the river Cooba/ Shoestring Acacia bowl blanks. This board I’m cutting the spindle from is almost 6” wide and 1 7/8” heavy. So you can get a 5 3/4” diameter nearly 2” thick bowl blank. I’ll cut you one for $20 if you’re interested since you’ve been getting so much from me.

here are 2 more I can cut spindle blanks from, and the price for a spindle blank of each. I bought the tulipwood to cut into bowl blanks, but the billet is too cracked, so I’m going to have to cut it down into smaller pieces. I did end up sourcing bowl blanks if that’s something that interests you.
