Bandsaw/breaker problems

Mike who
??? :yipee:
You know, that guy you see in the bathroom each morning... Yes you Mike. I found it somewhat comforting. I often look forward to reading your posts and thank you for participating.
I agree Mark! That’s why nobody cares about your web site :sofa: Kevin had dignity.
I have a web site? Thought that money was feeding Sally Struthers...

You’re funny @Mr. Peet and witty. A lot of your comments are straight not as “witty “ as you think but rather stupid. But you be you. Oh yeah Sally Struthers. Good one. Har har. In the mirror. Another! Wow!!

Sorry Rob, hope you are ok. My comments were not meant to be 'witty'. The mirror ploy has been used several times before on this forum, and basically unchanged. The Sally thing was a SNL skit from the 1990's. I had no idea what you meant by website and thought you were making something up. I guess I failed to follow.

Hey, I knew exactly who you meant. And took with smile on my face. You are one of many here that you get just what you see. I like that.

I have the same exact saw from sawblade.com. Sounds like the motor may be drawing too much current under load. Since it runs fine without the belt, the issue could be with the wheels or blade causing extra resistance check for blade tension, wheel alignment, or anything rubbing. Also, make sure your outlet is delivering consistent voltage and low voltage can cause startup issues. If everything checks out mechanically, it might be a failing start capacitor on the motor.
