Ok, so I'm needing help. I have a Laguna 1412 bandsaw that I've had for a couple years. Never had any problems until lately. When I go to start it up, it starts slowly then throws the breaker. I changed out to a new breaker and still doing it. It has always started fine. I took the pulley off to check to see if the bearing was bad but it seems fine. Started the saw up with just the motor and it ran. Any suggestions?

what the people above said. Start capacitor. Also there's a switch Inside, I forget what it's called, but it's used on startup. It's a centrifugal mechanism.
