Very interesting. I can get Picana at most grocery stores here in Florida but usually get it at a Puerto Rican Grocery Store as they usually have the best cut. It is often referred to here as the Tri-tip.

Sorry but I can't understand the main part and maybe the most important..."in the fine print against that"...it means I am doing something wrong against WoodBarter Comunity?
Just "ribbing" you a bit.
You've done nothing wrong, just never heard of barbecue being done in an air fryer which sounds awesome. I just acquired an air fryer a couple months ago and the things I've cooked in it turn out great!!
