Lol I guess I would consider either one. I am in the market for a 14" band saw if you had a big enough appetite for some wood. Otherwise some quality hand tools or some exotic lumber.
Could you use these?

On hand tools i would be interested in some quality hand planes, saws, chistles, lathe tools, squares, marking gauges etc....

I come your way the first monday of each month for the club meeting at woodcraft we can swap then if you are cool with that?
pick any 4 in the pic or I have a pair of 1" - 8 tpi steel faceplates. The block plane is a Stanley 220 with a wrong front knob. The bowl caliper and scraper are Sorby. The marking gauge is Stanley and the square is rosewood and has some brass.

I could use the caliper and possibly a face plate depending on the size.
Do you have any pen making supplies? mandrels, bushings, etc...

I think I will pass for now but not forever. I am sure you have lots of stuff around the shop. If I still have this on Monday I will bring it down with me and see if we can work out something that way. That's fine. I'm trying to get rid of wood. Plus in the last 2 weeks I have sold 10 of the 4" faceplates at $40 each so no worries.

WOW that is a good price you are getting on those! I would not be in the market at that value in trade or cash.
I take it back. I was getting $30 on the 4" and $25 on the 3"
One last thought... You mentioned exotics. I have 7/4 square sticks and 8/4 of bubinga, rosewood, and more. Any need?

I have some bubinga the rosewood seems nice. Got any yellow heart? blood wood? or other south American woods?
I just spied a stick of bloodwood sticking out of the loft. No yellowheart. I have stuff I have no idea what it is.:confused:. I pm my phone#. I'm right up the street from Woodcraft. You could stop before your meeting. If you get cash for it before Monday, no worries.
