Hello & good morning!
I've been very much enjoying reading all your reply's. Thrilled that you guys appreciate this material as much as I do! This is some pretty incredible stock..always reserved for veneer. I would love to keep it whole, guys. To do that I need $700 plus shipping. I would ship as you request.

I have a little more that I will cut into blanks and post with prices, stay tuned! :)

ie) 1.5 x 1.5 x 6"
x 12"
x 18"
I could cut to specs also...
This really is exceptional mappa burl... Hearne has some right now if anyone would like to compare the quality of figure.

Thoughts?

Man that's some nice looking wood. Wish I had some wood budget money left.

I bet if that just "showed up" at my door step, she would have no problem with me putting it on the wall....I had to hide all my good looking stock cuz she would take it and put em on the shelves as art decoration...:banghead:

SHHH- Greg that was supposed to be a secret. J/K I agree that wood is natural art. Ron,I would love to look at the waterfall bubinga every morning. Have any plans for it?

Oh man...now I'm getting envious...

Hi everyone, How are you guys doing?

I was hoping there might be enough interest in this killer piece of Italian mappa burl to cut it into blanks for turning. ie) 1.5 x 1.5 x 6"
x 12"
x 18"
What would people be willing to pay? I could cut to specs also...

Not really an auction site here, so you need to name a price to find out how much interest there is...... otherwise you will simply have people shamelessly (without any commitment)) gushing over it:wink:

Barry is spot on. We did kinda hijack your thread Ron sorry bout that. But hey at least we were discussing your wood and keeping it at the top of the for sale section for ya.

I agree! Sorry... But how much for the bubinga??

Just kidding. It is beautiful ! I am out of line on these.

Rob, Well the WF Bubinga is simply wall art. Visitors have no idea what it is (kind of wood) but remark on its beauty. I have a few pieces that just kind of hang out. The original plan was a dining table. still is but will serve as art until then :) Thank you for the kind comments.
