**ENDED** redwood burl for bowl gouges

If it was FedEx going to a USPS PO Box, give it an extra day. I've had several packages shipped by FedEx to my PO Box and tracking always shows as delivered a day, occasionally 2, before I actually get it - that's just what happens in the hand off between FedEx and the USPS.

I'm was just going off what the customer service lady said . thanx for helping figure this out. I have to say I was pretty bummed out. I've really been looking forward to using that sweet gouge . anyway , let's hope it's like sprung said and it will show tomorrow.

Anthony, It appears NO ONE F'd up. Post office in ft. Bragg will not accept fed ex to PO box. Fed ex left it at your address. I will Pm you that address.
 
If that is wrong- the address they have on file, they will go back and pick it up and deliver to address you state.

I stopped by my old house and picked it up .its a beautiful beautiful tool 0826161605.webp

I've had this whole PO box thing happen before... I Can't remember exactly what I was trying to do but it didn't work just like happened here. I was told tho that instead of using your actual PO box use the physical street address for your PO and they will drop it There and then they will grab it for your PO BOX. now that's just what I'm told so don't take it For what it might not be.

The weirdest part is the post office would not take it so instead of calling the sender they pulled up a five year old address and delivered it there . seems pretty negligent on their part.
Anyway , deal done and thread closed .
Thank you very much Mike for the timely manner you delt with this and the wonderful gouge. Please post pics of what u make out of the burl. I have yet to c a item made from wood that someone here has gotten from me.

I beg to differ FedEx should have called u b4 delivering the package to an address that they had no idea wether or not I still lived there. Anyway , glad that's over . I just set up a account with FedEx that has my current address in case there are any more misshaps
