Hey all,
I have been busy cutting bangle blanks out of all sorts of wood and I am collecting quite an assortment of circular wood bangle cut-outs. These cut-outs are approximately 2.375" OD x 3/4 to 2.5" thick depending on which wood I started with. I would like to use some of these cut-outs for pendants, earrings, etc. But I am collecting way more wood cut-outs than I can use.
Does anyone have ideas on what to do with these or is anyone interested in trading for something? Let me know. Some of these woods were upwards of $90/bf, so at least a few of these have some value. Here is a picture of one of three boxes I have, and a small stack of Flame Osage Orange, Bloodwood, Blue Mahoe, Spalted Maple and Zebrawood.
Thanks,
BG

:wacko1: My favorite so far are Yo-Yos and then next are Mr. Rebuilds "Fish Whacker Bat" (whatever that is, it just sounds cool)! They would also make an Interesting Rolling Pin. I forgot to add that they all have a +/- 1/4" hole in the middle.
) or other 'normal' woods in the pile. It is all exotics, burls or beetle induced beauty
We could start with an SFRB and see what you think... Let me know.
