Heading home from Peoria. Getting lots of color from all the soybean dust in the air. Everyone is going full bore trying to get beans out before the rain sets in later in the week.

One good thing about winter, the sun comes up at a much more civil hour of the morning. This was this morning's.... red sky in morning.

Miss having those blue spruce trees. Needle casts have wiped most of them out in our area. They made nice holiday trees as well. Assume it it a blue...

Yeah, when we did the landscaping after we moved in I was determined to have a couple blue spruce. Wife and I are from Colorado so blue spruces are one of our favorite, plus the darn deer won't eat them. They do well around here once established. Gotta keep the root ball wet when you first plant them.
