I used a 6” hole saw once, and the amount of torque involved surprised me a bit. I used an impact driver because I did not have a drill press at the time. My advice is to really secure the wood down when using that big of a hole saw. Chuck

I checked today and my drill press can't fit the 10" holesaw.
Or I"ll do by router or handheld...the secret is low speed...around 100 RPM or less.
But inside I almost decided to use a router.

This guy in my state do this jig and I purchase one few weeks ago.Never used yet and my project can be the start.

I found a bigger disc for my sander as well.

7" disc (the smaller over to show diference)
