Really like your custom boxes/cabinets! Can you show pics of lathe tool cabinet opened? I would like to build a shop cart for lathe tools that I can roll around in the shop, and am collecting ideas to contain the tools & accessories. Thanks. Chuck

If you have the true addiction, you buy and sell so you can buy more. Now I buy almost nothing. But still sell. Still have koa. I could build for 25 yrs, and not run out of wood.

It is also called Mimosa tree. There are lots planted in the southern US.
Yeah, I saw hundreds in Virginia Beach where it is an invasive. I wonder why it has little commercial success.
I have turned a few bowls out of mimosa. Was warned it would make you sneeze. Since I have very very few reactions to any wood I thought no problem. Wrong. Started sneezing immediately. Turned that supply and haven’t turned any more. Beautiful wood but take precautions
There are just box drawers at this time. The upper left had to be just a little cabinet because the leg vise would interfere if there was a drawer there. Once I get settled in my new shop, I’ll make some liners for storage and post those.
First stand alone cabinet size humidor I've seen. You must like your cigars.
