Hey I still can't start conversations. I don't need to start one right now. Ripjack13 started one for me yesterday but I still don't have the option to start one on my own. Administrator help?

Okay chalk me up to list of people who can't start a conversation with someone either. Maybe because I am new but option does not come up. I just get profile page, follow and report. Please and thank you for the help
