Hello, I discovered this site yesterday while looking at images of Flame Box Elder on the web and it seemed like a great community of guys with a bunch of info to share. As for me I am recently getting back into woodworking after a 10 year break I took to learn photography. I have multiple projects that are in various stages of completion from 10 years ago that I'm trying to complete before I start new ones but we'll see how that goes. My thought always has been while you have the idea start the project the it sits there mocking you until you finish it otherwise I'd just forget the idea. I have attached a photo of the most recent thing completed, a small jewelry/small item box in the form of a piano. The piano is painted Redwood with a figured and dyed Maple top that slides open and held shut by rare earth magnets, the keys are Holly and Ebony and behind the keys I used gold leaf.
