Projects I don't post (normally)

Wife and I dressed up for a 50 and 60's party. I needed a pack of cigarettes to roll in my sleeve so I made one.

Working on lately.
Odd shaped punky, rotten piece of cherry I picked up off the ground. Not sure if it will stay together enough to finish!
Razor thin in spots and chunking off in others. Also extremely out of balance! Can only go to 600 rpm.

Quick little 2 X 2 box out of ash or elm. Just wanted to make something!
Ben busy with outside work and apartment house projects.

Got some decorations up also. Doesn't look like this anymore. Will grab an updated pic when I can. Also working on a small Halloween project in the shop.

3D ghost ornament made with the laser and a scroll saw. Hangs by a magnet and swivels on a wooden pin.

Updated setup. Added grim reaper and spider caught something. Few smaller items added too.

Working on a gnarly piece of maple. Putting epoxy to stabilize now.

Looks like this will be it until after the new year. My left foot arthritis has been bad lately. Doc visit today. Having toe surgery and fusion Nov.13 and will be unable to bear weight on it for 10 weeks or more.
Need to get leaf cleanup and winterizing completed outside. Will make sure I clean and lube all the tools in the shop as I don't think I will be able to do stairs for a while either.
Fun getting old!

Absolute bummer! Shouldn't happen to us retired woodworkers! Heal FAST! Chuck

Oh. That is annoying. May you recover fast but more importantly fully.

I was really enjoying this thread. Sad that it has to take a break.
