Thanks for the warning, very messy but contained and got all three so they don’t shed anymore.If you haven’t already, be sure and run it with a scrap piece of wood first to get rid of the fuzzies. It will make a huge mess the first run, but after that it works great. Just be careful though. It can pull the item out of your hands if you hold it wrong. Don’t ask me how I know.

Correction: that's laced she oak I got from @Friedrich9 back in Feb 2024. I have a really nice little block of redwood somewhere too that I got this mixed up with.
I'd be happy to but that's the only piece I have and I have a really sweet little box in mind which is why I resawed it. Could have made pen blanks from the piece I had, but no call blank.I kinda wondered but. Have a 4x4x1 pc and a couple pen blanks you wanna throw away to a poor old possum cop?

Do you have some you would be willing to part with. I am looking for some and the only place in the eu selling it sells it at 80€ a kilo. Absolutely crazy. I am willing to spend but my client might not be. Though if the shipping is too much I’ll pass. I need a flute blank. ~70cm (~25inches) long and about 5cm square (or round) (2inches)
