Did I miss something? What was a matter with the springs?
Replaced the shocks first and I was still bottoming out. The original springs were flat and I wondered if they were almost flexing up. I just didn’t get the right advice on what to order the first time.

Forgot to post this above, but this raised the rear 3 inches. Replace the front shocks and I should be good to go fishing!!!!

Today I cut up a face frame that was 1" too short, and made another. Just put it in the clamps. It took 44 dowels and 88 holes to insert them into. I have about 2 hours total work, but twice that was overcoming CRS., plus about another 2-3 hours of just having that IDGAS attitude. Tomorrow I'll take it and that wood seen upper right, the door stiles and all the other face frames that make up this kitchen I'm doing and get it all sanded. Then gotta make all the raised panel doors, about 30 of them, 10 or 12 drawers with sliding dovetails (5 piece drawers) and a Lazy Susan. I've told the recipient it'll be done by 11-1 or 11-10. That's MY deadline, not his. I'll take pictures as I proceed..

The weather is just about purrfeck for working outdoors. Since I don't have an indoor shop, outdoors is fine under 95 degrees. Today is 86 degrees.

What do you like best? The small mistakes or the biguns. The one I corrected today was a little one. Most are caught before it's time to install. I don't think I ever had to bring a cabinet back to the shop to rebuild because of something stupid, but it's gonna happen. I'll get some step by step pictures, starting tomorrow with my stuff being sanded. I'll try to get a video or two of the dovetail process. I make all my drawers from 5/8 solid wood, in this case Hickory, and then 1/4" Hickory with MDF center for the bottom. ............. Nubs

All projects have their hiccups. I like the hands-on work and figuring out how to build things. Chuck

Someone named Chuck, claimed they like seeing this kind of stuff, so here goes. Face frame below belongs to the sink cabinet with a small cabinet to the left. The other face frame left of that is 1/2 of the Lazy Susan. To the right will be the dishwasher with a panel on it's right next to the Refrigerator. I'll lay out the door stiles, mark them and make sure I cut enough at the beginning. After that, I'll work on the door rails. Arched raise panel doors is what the customer wants. IMG_6508.jpeg

I tried to downsize the other picture , but again I've lost that battle with my computer. .............. Nubs
