Legs are simple. And versatile, lots of shapes. I like boxes that sit off the ground.Those are beautiful! Kind of a rustic look and I love the legs.
That has to be the most spectacular inside surface of a box lid I have ever seen!Here is todays box. It is made from quilted maple and tiger stripe maple,
. Hinges are from Brusso and self stop at 85 degrees. the finish is a french polish shellac.

That lid is gorgeous. When I first saw it I was thinking some kind of ebony. I guess the lighting helped with that.I am back after spending about two weeks in Kona.
So here is todays box. This on has been hanging around for quite awhile. I believe this is a maple body with a spalted Maple top panel.
